Description
The TURBO® HD is a heavy-duty engine air precleaner designed for equipment operating in extremely dusty and demanding environments, particularly agricultural and landfill applications.
Building on the proven features of the TURBO® II, the TURBO® HD incorporates an additional protective prescreen that provides more than three times the debris-catching surface area. This extra layer of protection helps prevent large airborne contaminants from entering the engine air intake system.
The prescreen can be cleaned easily without disassembling the unit, simplifying maintenance in environments where dust and debris are a constant challenge.
Featuring the characteristic top-down airflow design, the TURBO® HD uses centrifugal force to separate dust, dirt and airborne particles from incoming air before they reach the engine. A high-powered spinner at the base of the unit supports contaminant separation and is covered by a lifetime warranty.
TURBO® HD prescreens are available for TURBO® II Models 46 and 68 and can also be supplied as retrofit kits for existing units.
