Description
The IQORON VP Air Cleaner is a compact two-stage air filtration system developed for mobile applications with medium to heavy dust loads, including construction machinery, agricultural equipment, mobile cranes and compressors.
Designed for engines with an output of 400 kW or more, the IQORON VP combines a multi-cyclone pre-separator with a high-performance VarioPleat filter element. With a volume flow range of 14 to 33 m³/min, it provides high power density, compact design and long filter service life, even where installation space is limited.
The improved multi-cyclone block supports both horizontal and vertical operation without loss of performance. Separated dust is discharged through a dust discharge valve, with optional scavenging available. Compared with similar solutions, the IQORON VP can achieve up to 70% longer filter service life when operating with the dust discharge valve.
An adjustable 45° clean-air connection allows shorter airflow routing to the engine, while side-access servicing with comfort fasteners simplifies maintenance.
The IQORON VP operates at continuous temperatures from −40°C to +80°C.
