BORSERINI SRL: A Legacy of Excellence in Industrial Filtration
Founded in Italy in 1994, BORSERINI SRL began as an agent for the Industrial Filter Business segment of MANN+HUMMEL GMBH, one of the world’s leading filter manufacturers.
Leveraging its extensive technical expertise and over three decades of industry experience, the company has established a strong presence in the OEM market. It serves various sectors, including HVAC systems, air filtration for operating rooms, hospital air filtration, and increasingly, the OES and IAM markets.
From humble beginnings as a one-person start-up, BORSERINI SRL has grown into a thriving enterprise with 10 direct employees, supported by a network of independent sales agents.
The New company in USA
BORSERINI Industrial Trading LLC (BIT) was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2006 to create the necessary infrastructure to manage expanding operations and better serve the customers in the United States. BIT is a 100% owned US subsidiary of BORSERINI SRL.

Since 1994, we have proudly served our customers with a comprehensive range of off-the-shelf products and tailor-made solutions. Our catalog stands as one of the most extensive for the OEM, OES, and IAM markets.
Over the years, our expertise has continually evolved, enabling us to excel not only in providing filtration solutions for various equipment, machinery, and plants, but also in offering technical advisory services. We support a wide range of sectors, including Industrial Engines, Agriculture, Construction, Special and Heavy-Duty Vehicles, Defense, Compressors and Vacuum systems, Hydraulics, and many others.
Expansion of product range
In line with its philosophy of driving change and serving markets with cutting-edge products, BORSERINI decided in July 2024 to expand its product range by introducing the new “Electromagnetic Brakes and Clutches” line. This innovative product line, which embodies a blend of technology and innovation, complements the existing Industrial Filtration products in our portfolio, creating a diverse offering to better serve our customers.

We can serve our customers with “off the shelf” products or tailored-made solutions according to customers’ specifications and technical requirements. We can provide more than 50,000 interchangeable elements for Hydraulics, Fuel, Air Filtration, and Air Oil Separators. Our experience and knowledge allow us to engineer specific products and integrated solutions that increase effectivity and optimize functionality, including specifically engineered parts with different technologies and materials.
