Designed for applications with low to medium dust loads, Pico-E air cleaners combine effective filtration, low pressure drop and high mechanical stability.

The range is particularly suitable for stationary engines, locomotives, fire-fighting vehicles and marine applications, as well as installations requiring a flame-resistant housing.

Pico-E Filtration System

The Pico-E is a single-stage air cleaner engineered to provide effective filtration with particularly low airflow resistance.

Its design incorporates an enlarged dirty-air inlet and an eccentrically positioned filter element within the metal housing, helping optimize airflow through the filtration system.

The main filter element uses specialized filter media with high dust-holding capacity and stabilized pleats. An axial tie-rod welded into the housing, together with a fastening nut, ensures secure positioning of the filter element.

For selected models, an optional secondary element provides an additional level of protection. This element uses synthetic filter material and is secured within the housing to prevent unintended removal.
