The NLG air cleaner family offers a modular range of air filtration solutions designed for industrial engines and equipment operating under different dust conditions.
The range includes three configurations — NLG Pico, NLG Piclon and NLG DualSpin — providing different levels of air pre-separation to meet specific application requirements.
From low-dust environments to demanding operating conditions with high dust concentrations, the NLG family allows OEM manufacturers to select the most suitable filtration configuration based on airflow requirements, dust exposure and maintenance needs.

The NLG Pico with DualSpin is a combination air filtration system designed for industrial engines and equipment operating under high dust loads, particularly in construction, agricultural and harvesting applications.
The system combines an NLG Pico single-stage air cleaner with an external DualSpin cyclone pre-separator, providing effective dust separation before the airflow reaches the main filter element.
With a volume flow range of 18 to 50 m³/min, the DualSpin configuration is designed to support extended filter service life in demanding operating environments.
The pre-separator incorporates specially arranged inlet and outlet guiding vanes to generate and recover air swirl, reducing pressure drop compared with the NLG Piclon configuration. It achieves 80% pre-separation efficiency with a dust discharge valve and over 84% with 5% scavenging.
Its robust antistatic plastic housing and generously dimensioned airflow passages make it particularly suitable for applications involving organic particles, helping minimize the risk of clogging.
The modular configuration allows adaptation to different airflow requirements, while the front-access servicing concept simplifies filter maintenance. Vertical or horizontal installation is possible, provided that the dust discharge valve is positioned downwards.
The system operates continuously at temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C, with short-term exposure up to +100 °C.
