Description

The TURBO® III Flex-N-Line™ is an inline rotary ejective engine air precleaner designed for underhood installation on off-highway equipment operating in dusty and demanding environments.

Powered by the same efficient rotor as the TURBO® III, the Flex-N-Line™ combines effective centrifugal separation with low airflow restriction across a wide operating range. Its compact inline configuration makes it particularly suitable for machines where installation space is limited, including cranes, telehandlers and skid steers.

Designed to integrate into the existing engine air intake system, the TURBO® III Flex-N-Line™ allows installation beneath the hood without requiring additional openings or obstructing operator visibility.

Manufactured from nylon 6 polymer reinforced with 33% glass fibre, the precleaner features a patented design that helps prevent damaging micro-abrasive particles from reaching the engine, reducing engine wear and supporting efficient engine operation.

Available in two sizes with 3-inch and 4.5-inch inlet diameters, the TURBO® III Flex-N-Line™ covers airflow requirements from 75 to 475 CFM.
