Description
The TURBO® III is a heavy-duty engine air precleaner designed to protect engines operating in dusty and demanding environments.
Offering the same protection against damaging micro-abrasive dust as the TURBO® II, the TURBO® III combines high separation efficiency with low airflow restriction in a lighter and more compact design.
Manufactured from high-strength glass-reinforced polymer (nylon 6), the TURBO® III features the manufacturer’s signature top-down airflow system. Its patented stacked-vane configuration generates centrifugal force to separate dust and dirt from incoming air before they reach the engine air filter.
The high-velocity spinner ejects separated contaminants through discharge ports at the base of the unit, helping deliver cleaner air to the primary filter while maintaining a balance between separation efficiency and airflow restriction.
UV-resistant and corrosion-proof, the TURBO® III is designed for long-term use in demanding operating conditions and is available in multiple configurations covering airflow requirements from 15 to 1,100 CFM.
Used by OEMs Worldwide
The TURBO® III’s unique design prevents damaging micro-abrasive particles from entering the engine. Proven by OEMs in demanding applications and environments, it is designed to provide years of reliable service.
“Top Down” Airflow Design
Uses the same efficient top-down airflow principle as the TURBO® II, drawing dirty air through the protective screen at the top of the unit and ejecting separated contaminants.
15–1,100 CFM
The TURBO® III range covers airflow requirements from 15 to 1,100 CFM.
5 Sizes Offered
Available models include Model 15, Model 50, Model 200, the new Model 390 and Model 500, with multiple inlet diameters for convenient installation.
Prolongs Engine Life
Helps extend engine life by significantly reducing engine wear, making it suitable for equipment operating in extremely dusty and dirty environments.
Promotes Maximum Engine Power
Helps maintain clean and efficient engine airflow, supporting maximum engine efficiency and power.
Built to Last
High-strength glass-filled polymer construction provides durability in a lighter, smaller design. The material is UV-resistant and corrosion-proof.
Easy Installation
Clamp-on mounting allows installation in minutes, without complicated procedures or extensive tools.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Band Clamp
The manufacturer specifies a heavy-duty stainless steel band clamp. The TURBO® III is used by OEMs, equipment owners and operators worldwide for its efficiency and durability.
The TURBO® III range includes five model sizes, available with different inlet diameters to accommodate engine airflow requirements from 15 to 1,100 CFM.
