Description
The TURBO® II MAX is a heavy-duty engine air precleaner designed for demanding applications exposed to high levels of dust, debris and harsh weather conditions.
Building on the TURBO® II top-down airflow design, it features a larger hexagonal-patterned protective screen offering twice the debris-blocking surface area compared to the standard TURBO® II. An extended, rugged steel cap provides additional protection against heavy rain and snow.
Its centrifugal separation system uses aerodynamically designed overlapping vanes to spin incoming air, separating dust and dirt before they reach the engine. A high-powered spinner then ejects the contaminants through discharge ports at the base of the unit.
Featuring durable metal construction, high separation efficiency and low airflow restriction, the TURBO® II MAX is designed for graders, mixers, loaders, haulers, crushers, mining machines and other equipment operating in demanding environments.
Self-powered and self-cleaning, it requires no external power supply and is currently available as Model 68, covering airflow requirements from 700 to 1,100 CFM.
Signature Filtration + Protection from the Weather
The signature design prevents micro-abrasives, dirt, dust, debris and water from entering the engine. The extended steel cap provides additional protection against heavy rain and snow.
“Top Down” Design, Twice the Debris-Blocking Surface Area
The trademark top-down airflow design draws dirty air through the protective screen at the top of the unit and ejects contaminants through the bottom. The larger hexagonal-patterned screen offers twice the debris-blocking surface area compared to the standard TURBO® II.
700–1,100 CFM
The TURBO® II MAX is currently available as Model 68, covering airflow requirements from 700 to 1,100 CFM. Model 46 MAX is coming soon.
